Was created in 1995, by brothers Raphael and Alvaro Dufort y Alvarez.

This company is part of a shared dream that it later developed into a group of artists, producers and musicians that took a chance in a non conventional genre.

Artists from Uruguay and Argentina are part of the shows’ casts. An extraordinary dance team with both classic and contemporary formation, able to perform the most diverse dance numbers including very different international dancing styles, is the motor of these productions.

One of the most remarkable aspects of the BOOM COMPANY’s Productions are the costumes designed by Raphael Dufort y Alvarez, and handcrafted by over 20 professionals in different areas such as women’s clothing, tailoring, hairdressing, shoemaking and hat making among others.

The Dance sequences are choreographed by the best professionals in the area, bringing different backgrounds and trends together therefore enhancing the show’s creativity.

The inspiration for BOOM COMPANY is the French Vaudevilles, but the Latin touch is what makes these productions incomparable in every level. They have strength, movement and contagious energy that will move and excite audiences.
